Q:  When making reservations, does my certificate have restrictions?

A:  Some balloon ride companies offered tiered pricing.  They discount weekday flights and morning flights to fill their baskets during slow times.  At the LGB, we don’t follow that practice.  All of our Flight Certificates are “Open Certificates” allowing you the most flexibility in re-scheduling.  In some cases, because of our midwest weather, you may have to be re-scheduled for your flight (sometimes multiple times).  You want a Certificate that allows you the most scheduling flexibility.

 

 

Q:  How much advance notice will you need?

A:  You should give us 4-6 weeks notice for a weekend date and 3-4 weeks for a weekday.  Afternoons fill up faster than mornings.

 

Q:  Can I schedule more that one date at a time?

A:  We only allow one date per guest at a time.  This helps spread out dates amongst our guests who need to schedule a flight.

 

Q:  What is the policy on changing a reservation or canceling?

A:  In order for us to keep a full basket on each flight, we require guests to give us at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel a reservation.
