“No Flight Scheduled” means that we do not plan on scheduling a flight for that flight period-- this might be for personal or reasons other than weather
“0,1,2,3 or 4 Spots Available” - we are indicating that we have spots in the basket available on a first-come, first-serve basis (passenger weight and outside temperature determine number of passengers)
